A modern platform for modern needs
An excellent product for delivering short-form training material to people who are used to modern, social-media style systems. Great for rapid responses, for example during the early stages of the pandemic.
Pros
Lovely, joyful, vibrant experience for deliverying modern-style learning bites and corporate comms without the stuffy, boring old experience typical of LMS systems. Very easy to set up playlists in response to urgent requirements.
Cons
Reporting is basic but adequate, requiring results to be exported to a secondary tool for more advanced visualisation and recording.

The most Intuitive Learning Platform I have ever used...and that was just the start!

The most important step was to find a partner that understood and shared our vision and had a platform that was intuitive, customisable and easy to administer at a competitive cost - enter 5App. Over the past 5 years we have worked incredibly closely, partnering to create an award winning platform. Have the ability to innovate and create new learning solutions within the platform has not only enabled us to achieve our vision but has seen our learner engagement hit 92% month on month.
Pros
Platform, aesthetic, user experience, customisation, data reporting, cost, 5App team for partnership, expertise and speed of response.
Cons
I struggle to identify any cons as the experience has been faultless.

Personalised and friendly customer service
We have been using 5app to create a platform to host our training content so all our employees - new starters and senior employees, can easily find what they need to learn and grow in our company.
Pros
The platform is easy-to-use and very practical. But what I like the most about 5app is how approachable and friendly everybody is - account manager, product manager,... They make sure you're given all the right tools to be successful. They make you feel like you're their one and only client - very special! They take time to answer all the questions and are reactive to resolve any issues we would encounter.
Cons
Their platform is a work-in-progress and they develop features almost every month. There is nothing I dislike, I share my opinion about what I think could improve and I know I am listened to.

Working with Aby and her team to set up, not knowing where to start but being guided and seeing the LMS come to together quickly and professionally with so many options to build this out to be something quite awesome for our team.

Great learning experience!
Enagement with our business communications, learning and collaboration is at an all time high in our business and a lot of that is due to the digital hub. It has enabled us to share information, communication and knowledge partcuarly during the last 18 months when we couldnt be together to ensure everyone was kept us to date and had what the needed when the needed it.
Pros
The digital hub has changed the way we communicate and engage in our business. Our employees love it and so do our clients! The platform is easy to use as a learner and administrator and there are new features being added all the time. We regularly get to share our ideas about future developments for the product.
The 5app team are great, and help set up and integration of the platforms in such a simple way.
Cons
More social interaction would be great, there is more of this coming on the roadmap.
More automation of some of the admin features would be great, but again this is in the roadmap.
