> **Pros**: Spread est un outil intuitif, très facile à prendre en main \! Il permet à la fois de gérer sa base de données, d'envoyer des campagnes d'emailing, de gérer les animation sur son site, d'envoyer des campagnes sms... c'est un outil complet \!
Le service client est toujours réactif et prêt à nous aider sur tous les sujets.

> **Cons**: Le multistore pourrait être amélioré, surtout en terme de design. 
L'A/B testing email n'est pas encore disponible
