Robustness. > > **Cons**: - CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST - Formatting emails is a nightmare. - System can mangle some of your emails if you include inline images. - Lack of native integrations that work with anything else than Polish systems - everything needs to be done by Zapier. > > I started using it for a trial and the system seemed to check most of the boxes for our needs, BUT... One day I sent out an email through Livespace and the system completely mangled it - included a large junk of base64 code in the middle of the email (this is apparently how it handles the inline images). I sent a complaint to the sales rep who was onboarding me - silence. A few days later, I sent another email to the sales rep as well as the support mailbox - few days went by, SILENCE. I would recommend this system only if you are ready to have your emails messed up by it and hear nothing back from the company ever again.
