Mirabel’s Marketing Manager also offers a full suite of marketing automation creation and analyzation tools, including the Landing Page Builder, Form Builder, and Workflows, that help to optimize business processes, reduce manual error and boost productivity. 

We currently have over 80 workflow automations and notifications for sales, billing, and production functions. Our most recent step is to make these more customizable with custom workflow automation triggers that will send reminders and notification emails based on the criteria you chose. 

Additionally, this software has website visitor tracking to identify anonymous website visitors and append demographic and contact data to leads. With the new Website Tags tool, users can even collect first-party data.

We’ve also recently expanded into new territory with the addition of Mirabel’s Sales Sequencing System. Using this feature, users will be able to completely automate all sales functions including sending emails, scheduling calls and meetings, assigning or removing Contacts to and from groups, updating fields on the Contact Record, and more\!

From simple form submission workflows to more complex outbound sales campaigns, users can create carefully crafted workflows to guide their leads through the Sales Pipeline, from start to finish. > **Pros**: Magazine Manager has been responsive to our needs, and it has become a powerful tool for our team to combine multiple other programs and efforts under the Magazine Manager umbrella, saving us time, money and duplicated efforts. the new eSign feature is a tremendous time saver for our team. The production module has been a great asset to our team.

> **Cons**: Over all Magazine Manager is fairly easy to use. Some of the accounting functionality can be cumbersome such as finding invoices and resending them to clients. The email builder could be a bit more intuitive.  The poduction module was a bit hard to navigate and the set-up page for searching could be more intuitive.

> **Pros**: Marketing Manager is user friendly and it is nice that it is connected to the CRM database as well so we can pull from both databases for marketing purposes.

> **Cons**: At first it was a little intimidating compared to other marketing programs I have worked on.  Plus, the contacts are not easily removed from the the database if they become invalid.

> Overall, I think Marketing Manager is a good system for publishers.  There are still some "kinks" that need to be worked out.
