Their WebPortal has brought a new level of accuracy and timeliness to respond to inquiries and develop leads into clients. The available RapidPay feature has seen our receivables come in faster and the integration with LEAP eliminates the need to enter payments into the LEAP program manually. The included LawConnect is a fantastic way to reach out clients and keep accurate records of who has accessed them and alerts the appropriate staff person when items are shared back to the firm. > > **Cons**: I am on the administrative side of the firm. Some of the templates for Accounting documents can be confusing - but the support from LEAP is fantastic and my issue is always reserved. Occasionally I wish there were some features that aren't yet available, but LEAP welcomes input from users and uses them when it makes developments to the program. > > LEAP is FANTASTIC. Personally it gave me a rich tool to learn legal terms and procedure (I had no prior admin experience in Law Firms).
