### "I would recommend CASEpeer to any personal injury firm" — 5.0/5

> **Jaren** | *8 November 2022* | Legal Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We have made CASEpeer an integral part to our personal injury law practice. It is the client file. We also use it to track our marketing efforts, our staff productivity, and our contingency fees.
>
> **Cons**: I think the only thing that was difficult about casepeer, was making sure that our entire team was all on the same page about the case stages. That was probably more on our end than anything that case Pierre could have done differently.
>
> Our firm has had a really good experience with CASEpeer. Anytime that we have needed training they have been quick to set up a time. There have been a few times where I have needed customer support, trying to do some thing out of the ordinary and they have been really quick to respond.

### "Litigation Paralegal" — 5.0/5

> **Yolanda** | *10 April 2026* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: serves all the needs, document upload, case management and assignment, we have had little to absolutely no issues with app issues, security or bugs. Helps management employee assignments and keep track of file management, from prelitigation, suit, discovery to settlement categories, dates and SOL time lines, case costs, contacts and case notes, case lists court notes. Client communications and so much more, it's easy to learn and use and great cost.
>
> **Cons**: I would like have color option for the app. ( instead of green I would like to add additional options.
>
> Overall Experience:
The platform serves all of our needs effectively, from document uploads to comprehensive case management and assignment tracking. We have experienced little to no issues with app performance, security, or bugs. It has significantly improved management of employee assignments and file organization throughout the entire case lifecycle—from pre‑litigation and suit through discovery and settlement. The system allows us to easily track categories, key dates, statutes of limitation, case costs, contacts, case notes, case lists, and court notes. Client communications are well integrated, making collaboration seamless. Overall, the software is intuitive, easy to learn, cost‑effective, and an excellent tool for maintaining efficiency and organization.

### "CasePeer is too rigid to be a viable option" — 2.0/5

> **Zach** | *3 December 2021* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: CasePeer has many good ideas for personal injury software, especially when it comes to tracking medical bills and record requests, but the software is too simplistic and too rigid in its current incarnation.
>
> **Cons**: The backend of CasePeer is too simplistic and rigid. Everything is set in stone. Nothing can be changed. It needs a more robust backend database married to the pleasing and useful frontend.
>
> Imagine you're shopping for a home and you come upon a new construction with great curb appeal, modern amenities, and even comes fully furnished -- there's just one catch: you can't add or remove a single thing. You feel motivated to 'make it work,' but soon discover what you're really in for. Upon touring the kitchen, you notice the cupboards are brimming with tupperware, but there are no serving platters for hosting parties. Normally you'd remove some of the plastic containers and add your own dishware, but it's not possible here. When you ask the developer about it, they explain how the tupperware can be laid out and used as serving trays, and while this is technically true, it would always be a poor solution and a compromise that one shouldn't have to make.

That's kind of what it's like working with CasePeer. We recently abandoned our attempt at migration after putting in several months of trying to 'make it work' and encountering the full ramifications of overly simplistic software so rigid that nothing can be changed, combined with a developer that's equally uninterested in listening to the needs of a personal injury firm.

Specifically, CasePeer has no ability to handle PIP subrogation or third-party/workers' comp subrogation, its available insurance types are limited to UM, UIM, and Umbrella, and the list of case types is set in stone, overflowing with clutter that's irrelevant to most personal injury firms, while lacking in crucial PI options.

### "Record Coordinator" — 5.0/5

> **Nancy** | *15 April 2026* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: CASEPeer is user friendly. Easy to navigate through the system with very little hiccups. Has more potential than other programs.
>
> **Cons**: I wish the Cost file would allow you to identify what fees are being charges \& paid and upload the invoice or paid invoice all in one file.
>
> This program is seemily easy to understand and all around a good system. Logging in is secure and very seldom have issues.

### "Paralegal to the Atty" — 4.0/5

> **Pam** | *10 April 2026* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It keeps me organized with the tasks also the templates are time saving so long as they are in the most logical place, such as client-specific letter under the client tab and not under the defendant- adjuster envelope. Also that the chat feature is very prompt and if the AI cannot answer or gets stumped a person gets on and helps.
>
> **Cons**: Templates don’t always pull information from other tabs, which creates gaps in the final document. Because of this, I have to insert certain client‑specific letters under the “def adjuster” section. These letters contain required keywords that the system won’t automatically include. Having to place them there can be confusing, especially when the information logically belongs in another part of the file. This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors.
>
> Overall it is good. We have not had any issues with security everything seems to be secure, I like the fact that if I or someone else put in a note that we all know what is going on if the client calls and that person is not there.
