But even if price were no object, you need specific features for Donors, and Keela simply does it better. It's not perfect, but it will save you time and effort. The donor insights and communications records that you can build through the interface are really excellent. > > **Cons**: In my opinion, the inability to generate end-of-year donation statements is very problematic. I think this may have to do with the fact that these practices differ outside the USA (and Keela was originally developed, as I understand, outside the USA). I do believe they will have this feature on the roadmap soon, which is a relief.
