About ChiroFusion

ChiroFusion is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) solution designed for chiropractors to manage key clinical activities such as scheduling, reporting and billing. ChiroFusion offers integrated practice management features that allow practitioners to schedule and manage patient appointments, send appointment reminders to both doctors and patients, create reports and bill patients for medical services. Appointments can be booked, confirmed, rescheduled or canceled via an email or text message, allowing clinics to track daily bookings, no-shows and cancellations. ChiroFusion allows clinics to create SOAP compliant notes, submit claims to insurance companies, and process payments electronically. Medical documents and clinical records are automatically backed up in an online repository in real time. A self-service portal allows patients to check in using an iPad or tablet, submit a medical history, access prescriptions, pay bills, and more. It is available as a monthly subscription. Support is offered via online webinars, phone, and email.

Chirofusion is great for small clinics

Pros

Online access and notes are good. Billing and payments are also easy to use.

Cons

Scheduling for large clinics is not great

Run don’t buy

Horrible experience. The software isn’t efficient. Data is regularly lost. If you like rewriting your exams and notes and then seeing them disappear only to have to redo them, then this is your software. Their customer support is non-existent. You are on your own if you need support. Don’t expect to get a hold of a human via phone or email. Everything is sent automated and they don’t return calls.

ChiroFusion is the best choice EHR and Office Mgnt

The staff is first rate. The monthly fee is well worth the service.

Pros

The staff is always quick to respond to questions and the need to correct problems (mistakes on our end). The software is easy to use, I can enter my notes in real time. This makes the day run smoothly.

Cons

Small issues with the software such as the inability to reuse email per patient .

Highly Recommend

Great, we have enjoyed the ChiroFusion experience immensely. Customer service has been wonderful and the help pages we can access answer the vast majority of questions we have.

Pros

Ease of use, different customizable settings, help pages are wonderful.

Cons

Staff complains at time about having to do a lot of clicking in order to get to desired areas. This has gotten much better over time though.
