> **Pros**: It is a real user monitoring solution that allows the administrator of a website to know how the site is performing. You can collect performance and, also, business data. Thanks to the "what if" functionality, you know what would happen in terms of business metrics (conversion rate) if you will improve the performance of a specific page (this will also help to choose the right pages for eventually investing in order to improve the performance). Leveraging the tool you can easily understand what are the slow pages, you can see if you have any issues on a specific device/country. In a nutshell, you have 100% visibility of the performance of your website.

> **Cons**: The creation of a specific dashboard is not so easy. Even if you can always leverage Akamai technical support, the creation/customization of a view is not so smooth. At the same time, the standard views are "old style", and they need a refresh from a UI/UX perspective.
> 
> In general, the experience is positive. If you are a person managing a website, you must have a real user monitoring tool in your ecosystem: you must know how your website is performing in order to put in place the right countermeasures. Moreover, the product helps the developers for having clear visibility of how their source code is performing.
