> **Pros**: Es un ERP sencillo amigable y fácil de aprender, si cargas la información de manera correcta se tiene información financiera a la mano

> **Cons**: NO he podido cuadrar al 100% la DIOT, por lo que me ha dicho mi consultor hay que configurar de manera correcta a los proveedores, estamos en esa etapa.

> Es un sistema que me ha permitido optimizar tiempos, integrar información entre departamentos ( ventas, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, contabilidad, nóminas y administración) me ha permitido reducir procesos, y tener información al día para la toma de decisiones. Me ha permitido llevar un mejor control de inventarios. La capacitación y asesoría que he tenido de mis consultores ( \[contenido sensible oculto\]) ha sido excelente  son amables, tienen trato respetuoso con el cliente,   conocimiento y dominio del Sistema Alpha. > **Pros**: Que puedo cotizar en cualquier parte sin tener que estar en la oficia, hay algunas actualizaciones que se podrian hacer para mejorar desde el internet tambien que me facilita algunos procesos pero me falta

> **Cons**: No hay videos de capacitaciones de todo, el programa tiene muchas cosas pero no se pueden aprender sin videos ni capacitaciones y estar enseñando a todo el personal es cansado y costoso

> Del 0 al 10, le pondria un 8; quisiera mas videos de capacitaciones para aprender a mi ritmo, si hubiera estos videos pudiera estar tal vez en la noche aprendiendo y moviendole al sistema sin esperar a que alguien mas me enseñe

> **Pros**: Tiene una interfaz totalmente amigable, sin fallas, soporte técnico inmediato, se adapta a cualquier giro empresarial cubriendo desde el área de gestión de prospectos hasta finalizar una compra. El modulo de Producción es sumamente útil y desarrolla una base de datos muy exacta para control de almacén.

> **Pros**: Es un sistema muy completo que incluso ya puedes vincularlo a WhatsApp y eso facilita demasiado el proceso y lo hace más eficiente.
