> **Pros**: The applicant flow is superb. We very rarely have a lack of applicants for any of our over 100 positions.

> **Cons**: When we find a representative for our company we like, it usually changes quickly. Internal turnover would be nice, and reassignment should be based on past needs and if the new rep can meet those needs.

> Amazing. We left and came back after a few months and we were delighted by the amount of new features.

> **Pros**: We use this to help with the application product for our business. It helps speed up the process and take some of the work from us with new applicants. It allows us to screen applicants and they are only able to continue on to schedule an interview if you answer the screening questions correctly such as days you are available to work, how many hours you have to work, etc.

> **Cons**: Nothing specifically that I can think of as far as cons go.
