3 months of daily usage and I still don't have any complaints. A great CRM.
Overall, I think its a great product. It has all the features you can expect in a good CRM and each of those features works exactly as it should.
Pros
It was reliable and consistent. We never really saw many errors or bugs that actually interfered with our work, so thats a huge plus.
Cons
I remember we had one minor incident with the reporting, but even it was resolved after a short chat with support.

Learning Nutshell
I'm trying to get to know it. I had problems with downloading my existing contacts from mailchimp and now I'm waiting to see if it can do features like Icapture.
Pros
I like the lead system aspect and the cleanliness of it.
Cons
I am not liking the design features - very basic.

Great Service, Still Improving
Positive! I think the NS team makes improvements regularly and whenever our company has an issue, it's addressed quickly.
Pros
I love the ability to track client communications, leave notes for colleagues, and have all client information in one place. I like the engagement tracking tools in NS Marketing, which is where I spend most of my time.
Cons
Because I use NS for communications, and it's what we use for our email marketing, I have an issue with the lack of drip sequence options. Additionally, I wish that instead of just HOW many link clicks occurred in an email, that I could just pull the list of those names. I know I can see what they clicked in their profiles but not directly from the email engagement portion.

I am a regional director. I use nutshell almost daily to mainly track my potential customers and leads.
Pros
I like how all customers, contacts, and leads are connected. Great integration with outlook.
Cons
I wish the mobile app was more friendly. Seems buggy at times. Really wish the mapping feature was more robust so I could better identify customers/prospects that I have entered while I am on the road. It is also cumbersome to add a new customer, notes, and contacts while using the mobile app. I always take notes in my phone on the iphone notes app and then go through those notes and enter when i am on my laptop.
****I really wish I didn't have to download pictures to view them once they have been uploaded!!!! makes no sense!

Nutshell has made keeping up with and closing sales so much easier. We have used other platforms in the past but Nutshell is what has worked the best by far. It is intuitive, has all the features we need to stay organized, and is easy to collaborate as a team all in one place.
Pros
I love how easy it is to use! It is the most organized sales platform I have operated, and it has transformed our business. Game changer!

I had some issues with syncing my email in the beginning but it was easily resolved and all the information I needed was in the Nutshell help feature.

Small Nonprofit's use of Nutshell
It's been a little messy but it's good! We aren't a regular sales organization so catering to us is a little tricky. Keeping regular appts with our rep Tonya has been helpful!

Dump Salesforce! This is an incredible platform for a small to medium sized enterprise.
We are in early stages of leveraging Nutshell to its fullest but knowing that our needs were unique the migration process from Salesforce was critical to our adoption. The Nutshell team made this a fairly smooth transition and were there to assist at every step along the way. They have a success team assigned to their clients which is extremely important.
Pros
Nutshell is very intuitive. Having migrated from Salesforce, it is nice to see that we can report on basic business metrics with a few clicks rather than requiring a degree in Information Technology to get to the same information. There are also some power user types of features that you only see in some of the enterprise solutions out there. That is an incredible advantage for a small to medium size organization.
Cons
This is not a con for us at the moment but you will most likely give up the ability to completely customize your CRM for the features and benefits that cover nearly everything that most small to medium size organizations require.

EASY TO USE CRM, GREAT VALUE FOR ITS PRICE POINT! RECOMMEND!
Overall please with Nutshell and have been using it for nearly 10 years. Customer service as always been responsive and open to feedback and we've seen upgrades throughout the years based on feedback provided. Overall we are pleased.
Pros
Its ability to review people and companies for possible duplicates. Ability for tasks and action steps as 2 different items to keep track of what needs to be done by when. Tagging others and notifying them of question or next step.
Cons
The app is no where near as efficient and easy to maneuver as the website and just as easy to open up a browser on the phone instead of utilizing the app. If a lead gets to be too long, it can bog down and make Nutshell non-responsive at time when in that lead. When assigning multiple tasks back to back, despite the time showing the same time as previous task, it will save as a defaulted 5pm forcing to go back and edit.

Easy, Convenient but Some Paint Points
Pros
I like that Nutshell is straightforward to build. As an admin, it's easy to set up the pipelines, add users, and the interface is easy to follow. Some of its capabilities are very helpful, such as tasks/automatic tasks, automatic emails, email integration, RingCentral integration, etc. The fact they track audience engagements is also helpful to get a feel for the audiences. There are some limitations, of course, but it's possible to use it well based on the lower price point than other competitors.
Cons
The features are sometimes limiting. They intend to be helpful but actually cause more work. For example, I dislike how you can't choose a certain date for an automatic task but rather have to delay it by X amount of business days—it becomes such a pain. I also dislike the same feature for the automatic emails, it becomes a pain point. The pipelines are good to use but have a limit on how many steps can be created as well, which is also limiting. I also dislike how you can't use the same trigger in different stages of a pipeline—this can be so unhelpful at times. Lastly, there's something very off with the AI used to identify duplicates. Sometimes the suggestions are close to each other but sometimes they're VERY unrelated and it keeps getting flagged as a duplicate.

Nutshell - The only pipeline tool you'll need
I use nutshell all day every day and it's the main reason my sales production is so good. It keeps me in check and reminds me of what I need to do and when.
Pros
It's easy to use, keeps me in check and it means I don't have to worry about admin. It has tonnes of features and integrates with my emails meaning everything is recorded automatically including meetings.

Lots of pay walls plus there's no easy to use sales automation

Nutshell is the Best tool for customer contact and history
Nutshell contact software is something I have used every single day for the past 12 years! I keep all of my customer information and there are thousands. If I lost access to Nutshell I would not be able to sell!

I love the email feature! I can send customers emails right from Nutshell and track when and if they open the email, click on links, etc. Such a great feature. Email Templates are great too.

Nutshell is very intuitive
Overall, I find Nutshell easy to use, which is great, so I can capture just what I need and use the information to build relationships.
Pros
As the owner of a boutique consulting firm, I needed a CRM, but so many of them were intimidating -- because they're built for enterprises, and we're significantly smaller. I find Nutshell very intuitive and easy to use. It's got so much functionality, and I appreciate that I can get what I need "in a nutshell" and then add new capabilities as I go, versus all at once with enterprise systems.

Hours of Researching the BEST CRM Paid Off!
We spent a few months, literally ENDLESS hours, researching CRMs, comparing the different pros and cons. And I'm SO HAPPY we went with Nutshell. It has brought a new level of organization and sanity to our business! I appreciate how user friendly the interface is from the size of the font to the functionality! It's crazy how many CRMs feel like you're writing code trying to use them! And we're able to follow up so much faster with new leads which makes all the difference in the end.
Pros
I love the customization of pipelines, being able to turn strong leads "orange" in color so they stand out. It's so helpful to see if leads/clients successfully received our emails and opened them. We use the email drip sequences a lot, and I can't say enough about how much value those add to our clients.
Cons
sitting here thinking and thinking, and honestly not sure! LOL Not sure if this is a Nutshell issue or our issue. But our stages in the pipeline often get bottlenecked. Always trying to figure out how to organize better to keep things streamlining more efficiently.

Practical and productive tool for small business
Really a useful tool in my business. I can create the processes I need to run my business quickly, the automation is good, and I can expand/contract my services as I need to. The support is excellent, too - they quickly answer questions and fix problems.
Pros
It does everything I need - email, phone, keeps my cadence on track with reminders. It's easy to use, and the activity and sales reports are exactly what I need to keep myself doing my daily activity and checking my results.

There aren't any real negatives. I can set it up to do what I need it to do the way I want to do it.

My thoughts on Nutshell - I LOVE it!
Extremely good. I have tried almost every CRM on the market, including Salesforce and their $50K annual Pardot (marketing add-on) tool. Nutshell gives me the exact tools I need (and the ability to modify) for my business model. Others were simply too rigid.
Pros
One of the first things that I want to see in a great CRM platform is excellent, and timely customer service. The nutshell team delivers that in spades.

Definitely recommend Nutshell - it has everything you need in one place!
I love that Nutshell has everything in one place. I can see all of my contacts, all of the interaction with them, engagement with emails, and at the same time I can create emails and marketing broadcasts. It is so nice to not go back and forth between two different platforms. And even better - when have started to use the "leads" tool which will help us track revenue. All in one place!
Pros
My favorite thing about Nutshell is the ease of reporting analytics. After an email broadcast I can report the open rates and engagement to my team super fast. It's nice to have it at all at one click!
Cons
The hardest part of Nutshell to understand and use is the Dashboard. I still don't have it figured out and I've been using it since February.

Daily user appreciates ease and organization
I have previously used several management systems. We have had this for a long time and when we first got it, there were many features that I missed from my other programs. But she does a good job of adding things that customers need help to keep people focused, and on track. Less to do fall through the cracks.
Pros
Help me to know exactly what I’m going to do on a daily Basis, but also gives me tools to share that information with others. I can look back and see where my sales are trending and how many calls I have made, etc..
Cons
Just the fact that I cannot control undo things in the email section for instance, if I accidentally bump something and erase a large section of the email body, I am typing, it’s gone there’s no way to control and get it back

Nutshell is just what we were looking for!
Nutshell has been so much easier to integrate than other sales/crm platforms I’ve used in the past. The team at Nutshell are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever our team has had questions. It’s a great value!
Pros
It has a great interface, is very user friendly, and the price is right.
Cons
It lacks some functionality with forms, drip campaigns, and merge tags and is not as customizable for exactly what I need, so I’ve had to use some workarounds.

Nutshell has transformed our lead management
Pros
Our primary goal was to have a high-functioning CRM that supported lead nurturing and helped us close sales. Nutshell does that exceptionally well, but that is just the starting point. Automating tasks and communication through multiple sales pipelines is easy and intuitive. We are already seeing results from the automation. Tracking our current clients for upsells and renewals is also intuitive and easy.
Our next step is to use the marketing potential of the platform to increase our lead generation as well.
The implementation went very smoothly, support from Nutshell staff was great, and I was up and running with Nutshell in days, and now I can track leads, make calls, and send emails and never have to leave the platform. It has greatly increase my efficiency.
Cons
Not sure how to answer the cons. There are a few areas where I would like to customize fields, or change their location, but it is a small complaint

What I like most about Nutshell is the ease of use and transparency. The dashboard is a great tool. You can create it to fit your professional lifestyle. I believe in customer service as the backbone to any company and Nutshell has great customer service. Their reps are there to help you whenever needed. You are never left out to dry.

What I like least about Nutshell is the sorting ability within the dashboard for activities. I wish there was a detailed way to sort your activities within the dashboard.

Nutshell is SOLID. I would recommend it.

Nutshell is very intuitive to use. Highly customizable to your particular needs and endless amounts of possibility to categorize and document.
Cons
There are a few features that are not available in terms of sending mass emails. However, they are very helpful finding work arounds and often take input and upgrade their systems.

Found my Forever CRM & Marketing Platform
For four years I've been searching for an easy-to-navigate and setup CRM that had all the tools I need for my agency. There was always something missing, or it was clunky and too difficult to set up. I'd switch every few months.
Now, those days are gone thanks to Nutshell! I couldn't be happier with the product, and I haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg using it at full capacity. Customer for life!

Sync our email address and being able to see how many time our message was opened and how many times they clicked on the link.
Cons
The fact that if you don't send an email from Nutshell directly, it does not count as an activity. This makes it that the account can be seen as inactive, when it is not the case.

It is not exactly what I thought I was signing up for but overall it is serving its purpose.

Nutshell is an all in one place database that can be used for planning and building connections with people.
Cons
There are some steps that are not as user-friendly, such as capturing and pulling detailed data, and imports are a bit tricky. There is a white glove service to help you if needed.
