> **Pros**: The portal is very easy to navigate and helps us to improve our company's compliance rate. The feature of extracting reports in real time is really helpful to stay on track and on top of your list of contractors.

> **Cons**: I think extracting reports could be made a little easier and we should be able to extract a pre-made report. Right now, we have to select all the filters and categories that we want in our report and that might be time consuming for some.

> The best part about using Contractor Check is that we are able to customize the product according to our needs. The customer success manager for Crown Property Management Inc.- \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]- has been helping us to customize the product according to the company's needs. She does a great job at taking the time to meet with us and helps to accomodate all our requests. Her customer service level is great and this is what make Contractor Check so special. They are there when you need them the most. I have executed multiple projects with Soniya till now, and all those projects have been a great success\! I wish her and Contractor Check the best\!

> **Pros**: The system is effective in that all the documentation needed for accreditation is front loaded. Once the information is loaded, the system is quite user friendly.

> **Cons**: There are technical issues that arise occasionally and as a result of the time zone difference between SK and ONT, it can be difficult to get support.

> We are a contractor and the system really helps us to make sure we have everything in order to do work for our clients.
