> **Pros**: La capacité à ouvrir de nombreux formats de CAO de très grande taille, mixant représentation exact et facétisé. Les structures de grands assemblages sont respectés et aucune géométrie n'est perdue. Les formats les plus importants à lire sont CATIA et CREO, et la qualité du STEP est au rendez-vous. Très peu de bugs et de crash à noter.

> **Cons**: Quelque fois, mais très rarement, des coins de valises sont transformés en sphère ou des coudes de tuyaux en anneau. On ne perd pas d'information ce qui est le plus important, mais les relimitations ont échoués.

> Très positif, il va beaucoup plus vite à ouvrir les fichiers CAO que les logiciels de CAO eux-mêmes. La vitesse de lecture des fichiers neutres comme STEP ou IGES est encore vraiment plus rapide que les éditeur de CAO. L'écriture de fichiers comme JT ou PDF3D est vraiment très rapide

> **Pros**: J'utilise depuis longtemps des logiciels CAO et j'ai testé un certain nombre de viewer gratuit ou pas. 3D ANALYZER est capable d'ouvrir tous les types de fichiers, je n'ai jamais eu de difficultés. Tout est inclus et il ne faut pas ajouter d'options pour ouvrir tel ou tel format. Enfin, plus qu'un viewer les possibilités pour analyser les fichiers sont utiles (comparaison, sections, analyse des épaisseurs et dépouilles).

> **Cons**: J'ai eu des difficultés lors de l'installation (license flottante) mais le support est réactif et présent.
