> Expenzing provides a Supplier portal in the Digital World for the suppliers to be able to receive all the information they need during submitting invoices, executing contracts, and tracking payment status. Purchase Orders (POs) can be viewed by suppliers, who can then organize deliveries accordingly. They can view Goods Received Notes (GRN) in the system after deliveries are made and notify the customer of any actions he needs to take. The PO-to-Invoice flip feature is the highlight. The system guides users through the phases of invoice creation, resulting in fewer errors and, ultimately, faster payments. If the supplier has a question, he uploads it to the portal for a faster response and a more easily accessible audit trail.
