QuickBooks Online Sync connects SwipeSimple transactions to a merchant's QuickBooks account on demand, eliminating manual data entry and keeping books current. The Appointments app lets customers book online and allows merchants to manage their schedule from the same place they take payments – purpose-built for businesses that run on appointments. The Text Loyalty and Reviews app supports customer retention through text marketing campaigns, a loyalty program, and automated review request tools.

A reporting dashboard gives business owners real-time visibility into sales trends, customer records, and full transaction history, with the ability to export data for accounting or business review. Multiple user permissions allow teams to access what they need without sharing full account access.

> **Pros**: SwipeSimple is very easy to set up and get started using quickly. The payments are ran smoothly and efficiently with just the card number, expiration date and CVV. Our employees love the option for a percentage tip on of the screens before the customer signs.

> **Cons**: Occasionally we will have issues where SwipeSimple will sign out on a device without acknowledgement
