> **Pros**: I like being able to pin important emails to the top of my inbox. It's very easy to lose important emails in all the clutter but this solves that problem

> **Cons**: Not a con but I would love to be able to swipe delete emails like I can in Gmail

> When clients send me emails I can't respond to straight away, Shortwave let's me pin them so I can respond layer
