> **Cons**: O tempo de resposta quando a situação não é de extrema urgência ou é uma sugestão para melhoria, infelizmente as resposta por vezes demoram meses.

> O atendimento em mais de 90% é excelente, quando foge da excelência posso classifica-lo no bom, porém se falarmos sobre sugestões e isso eu diria que deve representar 0,5% dos meus chamados, fico triste com a demora de implementação.
