> **Pros**: Ringtail approaches the electronic discovery process both intuitively as well as provides tools to assess the effectiveness of the review process.   One thing that is also impressive is that Ringtail is always assessing and improving its functionality to make the process of litigation discovery faster while retaining quality results.

> **Cons**: The only issue I had with this (but I have found it in most of the e-discovery software) is that it takes a bit to learn the more advanced tools.  Since most reviews require the basics from the actual reviewers, it is sometimes difficult to take time to learn more advanced skills.
