Useful, practical, and easy to use.
Allows me to focus on my governance job.
Pros
BoardPro makes coordination and logistics of board meetings and papers easy for board members. All info in the same place and and not mucking about with lots of different systems and software.
Cons
As a user I have no major gripes. It works for me

Diligent BoardsReasons for Switching to BoardPro
I use both these other tools in one other board role each. I currently use BoardPro for 3 boards. Diligent is good but expensive. Also seems to require more administrator skill and expertise to set up and use well. Not a big fan of BoardTrac. Seems a bit limited in functionality - but maybe I just haven't invested enough time to understand it and its features fully. And therein lies one of the reasons I like BoardPro - because I can spend most of my time and effort in just using it rather than learning how to use it. Very intuitive.Response from BoardPro

Good , would love spreadsheets to open
Pretty good, streamlines meetings to take half the time

The board packs and the flying vote feature have saved so much time and hassle

If there was a in application feature for spreadsheet based documents it would be perfect

Governance made easy
BoardPro has become an integral part of our business as we have been experiencing rapid growth. With the use of the full product suite, we are able to cut the time of our board meetings in half - and have more productive meetings than before.
Pros
The user friendly interface was the first factor that got us on board. Our team comes from different backgrounds and technical abilities. Everyone was able to get in and use the product to its full on day one.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments about BoardPro. I'm a huge advocate.

'Ease', safety, confidential, everything in one spot, its smart. The back up support is excellent, fast comms and help. The training Boardpro provide too is relevant, excellent very skilled and knowable presenters, that i can relate to, even though i am NFP organization. Overalll, Boardpro make you feel special, their customer service is excellent.
Pros
The website is easy to navigate & intuitive, everything is in one place and its 'safe'.
Cons
I honestly cant think of anything to change, the organization i work for use the basic product (NGO), and i am on a Board that has premium which is brilliant.
