> **Pros**: It gives donors options and is educational... most donors don't think about gift matching when giving or they may not understand how to apply with their company. It takes the headache out\! Their toolbar and their ability auto-send custom emails are great.

> **Pros**: There is no reason to leave matching money on the table. It makes things so much easier for donors who aren't even sure whether their employer offers matching in the first place, much less how they go about requesting a match for their gift. It's great to have a search bar on our website for matching as well as on the checkout page for our donors, so they have ample opportunities to get matching.

> **Cons**: 360MatchPro features a lot of automated messages to secure giving, and for a smaller organization or one like ours that already communicates very frequently with our community and donors, we aren't really interested in adding additional automated messages to people about matching. We include messaging about doubling donations with matching in our own appeal messages and blasts. The annual subscription is not nothing, though it does ultimately pay for itself through a few matches. We prefer to use the integrations and more minimal features, so a lot of the bells and whistles of 360MatchPro aren't being used by us.

> Matching is an important part of fundraising, and 360MatchPro makes the process much easier for donors. There are some features we enjoy, and others we have not utilized, but others might find them more impactful than we do. If there were a cheaper subscription option offering the features we use without all the extra, we would take that. However, the current subscription price is not unreasonable, especially because it only takes a few matching gifts to cover its costs. More matching is better than not, and so much money is left on the table otherwise that could benefit nonprofits like ours.
