It suits coordinators, project leads, facilities and resource managers, and IT administrators who manage shared planning for departments, sites, or an entire organization.
The app consolidates SharePoint list events, Outlook and Exchange Online calendars, Microsoft 365 group calendars, resource and meeting-room calendars, Microsoft Planner tasks, and external iCal/ICS feeds into a single color-coded view. Events are colored by source and category, a data source legend keeps the combined view readable, and users move between day, week, month, year, Gantt, multi-source, and mini calendar layouts depending on the planning task.
Day-to-day work stays in the calendar: users create and edit recurring events that synchronize back to the source, start a Microsoft Teams meeting from an event, add SharePoint events to Outlook, and join Zoom or Google meetings. Administrators set a default view per SharePoint page, choose which views appear, configure workdays, week start, and workday duration, filter Exchange events by status, and unify categories from different sources.
What sets it apart for Microsoft-centric organizations is reach across surfaces and deployment control. The calendar runs on modern and classic SharePoint pages, inside Microsoft Teams channels, and on SharePoint Server 2016 or later on-premises. It installs within an organization's own Microsoft 365 tenant, using Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and delegated Microsoft Graph permissions, and is listed on Microsoft AppSource with Microsoft 365 App Certification.
