> **Pros**: Most other email marketing platform are just it - email marketing, Ligna shines that it has built-in sales CRM. It has phone and SMS built-in that allows both our local and remote sales team to close sales.

> **Cons**: The user experience, flow or design of Ligna is extremely different from most tools I've encountered. Although I'm the one who introduced, purchased, and views the KPI/dashboard, personally I cannot use it myself. I have to have an administrator who learns it and implements across the platform.

> Ligna's great. The Ligna team and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] works extremely hard in support, troubleshoot and developing the software. I strongly recommend Ligna to all businesses that has sales \&amp; support in their business.

Stay away from this business they will waste your time and take your money without providing anything in return.
