> Virto Workflow Activities Kit is an extension for SharePoint Server (on-premises) that adds more than 270 no-code workflow actions to SharePoint Designer. It is suited to SharePoint administrators, workflow designers and business analysts who maintain process automation on SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019 or Subscription Edition and need actions beyond the ones included out of the box.

The additional activities install into SharePoint Designer and behave like native workflow actions, so existing workflow-building skills transfer directly. Design is also supported in Visual Studio and Visio.

The action set addresses scenarios that standard SharePoint workflows leave gaps in. Teams can send formatted email notifications, reminders, SMS and fax messages; create and manage sites, lists and document libraries; copy, move and convert files and folders; and assign permissions on items, lists and sites, including stopping and restoring permission inheritance. Active Directory actions cover users, groups and membership, while data actions handle managed metadata, dictionaries and arrays. For connecting to systems outside SharePoint, the kit includes SQL, HTTP request and custom code actions, alongside date, time, text and image utilities.

Deployment targets the web application scope and is compatible with classic and modern pages, which helps when farms are migrated or upgraded across SharePoint Server versions.
