Device groups and inventory provide dynamic and static targeting based on device state, installed software, and custom scan data. Native deployment logging captures failure detail without requiring custom scripts. Remote desktop access supports sessions whether or not an end user is logged in. Multi-tenant support allows IT teams and MSPs managing multiple environments to operate from a single console.
