I regularly balance the submittal and revision process with about 20-30 projects in up to 35 different municipalities. As I am evaluating new technologies and services that can make us more efficient, I came across PermitFlow on Google. I have never had an experience with a Permitflow "expediter" that was helpful or could be construed as lending expertise in the slightest. > > **Cons**: These guys barely train their staff to use the internet. 75% of the time I get an email from Permitflow, they have not even reached out to the correct jurisdiction. They don't do any advance research on what work requires a permit. Basically these folks get paid to annoy municipal employees to answer their long list of questions because their training and knowledge in the field are inexistent.
