For IT, ShArc keeps archiving controlled and predictable. Archiving Conditions and Policy Management define which files are archived by age, size, file type and location. Scheduling decides when archiving runs, and Version Retention and Cleanup reduces file versions from 500 to 1. Before anything is archived, Simulation shows how much storage you can free up. Reporting and History show what was archived, where and when, and Automated Alerting reports the job status via Azure Alerts.
