It has a range of tools that help event organisers to streamline the administration of their safety compliance management.  The portal provides users with full visibility of their people, suppliers, compliance documents.

The Events Management Module provides organisers with a central location to manage all aspects of their event safety compliance.  Here you can manage event specific staff and contractor details (including documentation and induction compliance status) risk reduction checklist management, site/event specific inductions and policy documentation, and the logging and progress tracking of all incidents and hazards.

The Staff Management Module enables managing staff profiles, inductions, training, competencies, and role requirements. It also captures critical information such as emergency contacts and medical issues. 

The Supplier Module allows you to create profiles for your contractors, vendors and exhibitors, assign them to specific events and request, validate and store relevant compliance documentation against each individual profile.  Your suppliers can then add and manage their own staff without you needing to get involved and it is all managed in one centralised location.  You can also leverage our customisable automation tools to streamline the entire process.

The Online Learning / Inductions Module provides a central location for creating and assigning safety training and site/event induction sessions by individual staff, specific roles or supplier categories.  The highly visible dashboard provides you with real-time updates on training/ induction completion status.  

The Checklist module allows you to create, allocate and automate unlimited compliance checklists for those risk reduction tasks.  The customisable automation tools allow you to assign and email particular staff checklists for completion as a one off, on a regular schedule or can be completed via a scannable system generated QR code.  

The Logget Module is an incident and hazard reporting and management tool where you can easily create, delegate and manage your issues, hazards, tasks and incidents. The highly visible dashboard provides you with real-time updates on the status of each entry so you know where to focus your attention so that nothing slips through the cracks.

The Document Management Module is an interactive file management system that allows you to create folders, store files, and share them seamlessly. Access all your important documents in one convenient location.
