Everything is live in seconds, with no overnight batch and no report to build. yukti, the agent, reads every season you have traded and acts on it: rebalancing stock, raising replenishment, cutting purchase orders and creating new styles. You set the rules and approve, or let it run.

merchmix is priced on stores, SKUs and the products you turn on, with no per-seat fees, at around a tenth of the cost of enterprise suites. Retailers are typically live in 12 to 15 weeks, and you can start with a free six-week proof of concept on your own data, with no contract.

> **Pros**: i love that i no long spend hours of my day looking for the correct file or version of a document. Now that we have moved on to one platform that we can run the whole of our business out of, it's made our days smoother, and we no longer argue whose numbers are right but spend our time making decisions on what to do with the set numbers

> **Cons**: it took a while to get used to the platform in total, as this replaces most of our existing software and workflow, not an issue from them, but took a little while for us to get in the groove

> its been pretty  seemless; we spent time with there sales/on boarding team, and they gave our team a very good demo and really gave us insight into what our working day would actually look like within their platform. Onboarding and support were also very good, as they made sure they were also prompt with their replies and helping us when we need support.

Now we work through our day much quicker and tackle tasks as they come in, rather than letting them fall to the back of the queue. We use MerchMix's AI insights for almost everything we do, helping us validate our thinking, consider different perspectives and make more confident decisions. Having everything in one place also means less time searching for information and checking numbers, and more time focusing on what needs to be done.
