> **Pros**: The platform is fast and easy to use. Image generation is quick, and the results can be useful for low-cost or bulk product visuals (for example, cheap clothing).

> **Cons**: The biggest issue with Picjam is their subscription and billing process. I accidentally clicked the annual plan but cancelled immediately, yet I was still charged €236.91 later. No email confirmation of the annual plan was ever sent, and my account only showed the monthly plan (cancelled). Support refused to refund, saying their “billing system” doesn’t allow it. That might be their policy in Australia, but EU law guarantees a 14-day withdrawal right. For me, this was confusing, stressful, and felt unfair. EU customers should be very cautious, as refund rights are simply ignored here.

> I’m in Germany and tried Picjam on a monthly plan. By mistake I clicked the annual option but cancelled it immediately.
