> **Pros**: Pure Staffing Solutions has been using Credibled for a couple of years now and the results have been fantastic.  We get a quick turnaround on employment reference checks and also get criminal background check results in minutes.  It's a simple to use interface.  Their pricing undercut a lot of the other "big" players in the space.  The Credibled employment reference check has also changed our recruiting process to check references prior to interviews due to the ease and cost.  This process change has saved valuable time avoiding interviews based on poor references and has generated good talking points for interviews.  We've also caught candidates providing fraudulent references based on their detection/warning tool.

> **Cons**: It would be good if they offered health background checks (drug and alcohol screening) and were also integrated with our ATS (Tracker).

> A+ on useability and customer service.  Highly recommend Credibled - especially for staffing companies because of the lead generation for potential clients and candidates which has surprisingly worked great\!
