> **Pros**: Anchor makes sending proposals and processing monthly recurring payments a breeze\! I used to spend hours putting proposals together, getting the signature and setting up the payments.  Now it's all a breeze and takes only minutes\!

They ability to sync to our internal accounting app.  Attaching a step by step onboarding process to the proposal would be a nice add.  We put it in the Service but often it is buried and the prospect does not see it.

> **Cons**: I cannot attach a pdf, docx or excel to the invoices.  This causes me to have to send that in an email as a separate extra step.  A real PIA.

> **Pros**: Ease of process - everything in one place, payment processing is much cleaner when tracking and syncing to our accounting, and way less chasing declined payments. Their customer support is also on point; I can't sing their praises enough. They are the type of staff you wish you could poach for your own team - haha\! Truly kind, patient, and knowledgeable people.

> **Cons**: We have a very large client base, so the transition was not the easiest. Lots of manual work to get everything in on our end. We knew it would be hard, but definitely underestimated the workload. That said, the Anchor team has been fabulous to work with and supported the best they could at every turn. &#10;&#10;The only two things I would improve on is, one: to highlight sections of the terms that must be checked off when missed/skipped. We've had a LOT of back-and-forth emails with clients about not being able to complete their agreement because they skipped a check box section. It's not a huge deal, but when onboarding a lot of clients, that's become a time suck. If the agreement inherently bolded that section/turned it red or gave an error message to go back, that would be amazing. We even tried to pre-notify clients, but half of them don't read the emails fully to catch that instruction. &#10;&#10;And two: create a place for the customer to enter their billing information that would sync with our QBO. This is for our tax purposes. Our old system did collect addresses and would sync to our QBO, making life way easier. This is now another follow-up step we have to add to our list outside of the proposal.

> Fabulous so far\! We still have a ways to go, but right now the onboarding pains are heavily outweighed by ease of use and simplification of our processes.

> **Pros**: It simplifies client onboarding and then the money just flows in naturally with very little effort\! Our merchant processing costs dropped significantly and clients like the transparency.

> **Cons**: They need to work on a mobile friendly view of their website. I also would like the ability to navigate to a different agreement without having to go back out to the main list and wait for the whole page to populate, which is slow for a company of our size.
