Upload PDF or image plans and run an AI pass that suggests counts, linear measurements, and areas. Every suggestion stays linked to the sheet and mark it came from, so an estimator can accept, reject, or correct each one against the source drawing. Manual count, line, polyline, rectangle, and area tools cover anything the AI misses or gets wrong.

Quantities roll up across the whole document. Accepted scope exports as a complete-document CSV, or becomes an editable customer quote with your pricing, terms, tax, discount, and overhead. Customers can view, accept, or decline a branded quote.

The estimator reviews and owns every accepted quantity. BuildVision AI produces a reviewable first pass, not a finished bid.
