> Phasio is quoting and production software for contract manufacturers, job shops and 3D printing service bureaus. It is built for shops that make custom parts to order across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, injection molding, sheet metal and finishing.

Estimators upload STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Parasolid, STL or 3MF files, and Phasio measures each part and prices it with the shop's own pricing rules. Parts that need a person are held for review before the customer sees a price. Customers can also get instant quotes, pay and reorder through a branded storefront on the shop's own website.

When a customer accepts a quote, it becomes an order, then work orders with a routing for each part. Phasio schedules machines, post-processing and staff together, gives operators a tablet build screen, and keeps a permanent production history for every part.

Phasio integrates with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Lexoffice, WeClapp, Bexio and Odoo for accounting, Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay for payments, and Shippo for shipping labels with more than 30 carriers. It also offers an open REST and GraphQL API and webhooks.

Phasio suits shops of 2 to 200 people that quote many custom jobs each week and want quoting, orders and the shop floor in one system. Every customer gets onboarding from a team with manufacturing experience, plus chat and email support, documentation and video guides.
