> **Pros**: Fiboo überzeugt mich durch die klare Struktur, die einfache Bedienung und die vollständige Abdeckung aller Schweizer Lohnanforderungen. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die automatisierte Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen, die korrekte Quellensteuerberechnung und dass alle AHV/IV/ALV-Abzüge sauber berücksichtigt werden.
Das integrierte Stunden- und HR-Modul spart extrem viel Zeit, weil Mitarbeitende ihre Stunden, Ferien und Absenzen direkt selbst erfassen können. Für ein KMU ist das eine enorme Entlastung.
Alles in allem: sehr moderne, intuitive und effiziente Lösung.

> **Cons**: Bis jetzt habe ich noch keinen nennenswerten Nachteil entdeckt. Die Oberfläche ist neu, daher muss man sich kurz einarbeiten, aber danach funktioniert alles reibungslos.
