The software helps users manage rental payments, leases, building costs, indexation, invoicing and financial reporting in one centralized application. By importing bank CSV files, users can process incoming and outgoing payments in a visual Payment Inbox and link them directly to tenants, leases, buildings, investments or loans.

RentCockpit provides a clear rental overview per tenant and per month, making it easy to track payments, identify arrears and generate follow-up or tenant communication when needed. Building management features allow users to track operational and recoverable costs per property and automatically calculate profitability and return on investment based on real financial data.

Additional functionality includes rent indexation support, invoicing and credit notes, Excel export and accounting-ready exports. This allows users to maintain full financial control while keeping their administration structured and transparent.

Unlike cloud-based platforms, RentCockpit runs fully locally on Windows. All data remains stored on the user’s own computer, giving full control over sensitive financial and rental information without relying on external servers.
