RepManager is very easy to use and intuitive, everything is straightforward to set up. I especially like the AI-powered auto-replies, which significantly reduce the time spent working with reviews and allow me to focus mainly on analyzing weak points and improving operations.&#10;&#10;I also highly appreciate the dedication and innovativeness of the team, as well as their communication style. The team is very responsive to individual needs and open to client ideas, which I truly value and see as a major added benefit.

> **Cons**: It would be great to see integrations with delivery platforms such as Bolt, Glovo, and other local delivery services, as they also generate a large number of customer reviews. I understand that this is technically more complex, but it would be extremely valuable, especially for businesses in the restaurant industry.
