- **Pricing Details**: Cimplico Workpapers charges based on the number of active entities — an entity becomes "active" once a workpaper is created for it within the annual commitment period. Firms can add entities in batches of 50 at any tier, but it becomes more cost-effective to step up to the next tier as volume increases, encouraging firms to consolidate their compliance workload onto the platform.

Annual Commitment, Flexible Payment:
The subscription operates on an annual commitment period (starting from the date of activation), with the option to pay upfront or in monthly instalments. Scaling Up and Down:
Entities can be added at any time, with an immediate pro-rated charge for the months already elapsed in the commitment period. Reductions can be queued but only take effect at the next annual renewal, since entities are pre-paid. 

Free Trial:
New sign-ups get a trial period with access to all features and a 50 active entity limit — no credit card required. Firms can subscribe at any point during the trial and choose their starting entity count from there.
