> **Pros**: LearnyBox est une plateforme très simple à prendre en main. Nous apprécions particulièrement la qualité de l'accompagnement et du support client, toujours réactif, à l'écoute, bieveillant et efficace. L'équipe fait évoluer la plateforme en permanence en tenant compte des retours des utilisateurs, ce qui est très appréciable. Les nombreux outils de reporting permettent également de suivre facilement l'activité, les ventes et les performances. Au-delà de l'outil, c'est le côté humain qui fait toute la différence : on se sent réellement soutenus, écoutés et accompagnés. Une véritable relation de confiance s'est installée avec les équipes, avec le sentiment d'avancer ensemble dans la même direction pour faire grandir nos projets.

> **Cons**: Dans l'ensemble, peu de points négatifs, mais quelques améliorations rendraient l'expérience encore plus fluide. Nous aimerions pouvoir définir une véritable charte graphique globale qui se répercute automatiquement sur l'ensemble des pages afin d'éviter les modifications une à une. La gestion de la médiathèque pourrait également être optimisée (compression des vidéos pour une lecture fluide), ainsi que la possibilité de remplacer un fichier existant par une nouvelle version tout en mettant à jour automatiquement tous les emplacements où il est utilisé (en place, mais parfois défaillant). Enfin, quelques détails ergonomiques pourraient être revus, comme une meilleure gestion des fonctions "annuler/remplacer" ou la possibilité de désactiver certains enregistrements automatiques de modifications, afin de gagner encore en confort et en sécurité d'utilisation.

> Notre expérience avec LearnyBox est très positive. La plateforme nous accompagne au quotidien depuis plusieurs années et évolue constamment pour répondre aux besoins de ses utilisateurs. Elle nous permet de centraliser la gestion de notre activité (formations, ventes, tunnels, e-mails, CRM, paiements…) au sein d'un même outil, ce qui représente un véritable gain de temps. Au-delà des fonctionnalités, c'est surtout la qualité de la relation avec les équipes qui fait la différence : nous nous sentons écoutés, accompagnés et considérés comme de véritables partenaires. Cette proximité, associée à la réactivité du support et à la volonté permanente d'améliorer la plateforme, nous donne confiance pour développer nos projets sur le long terme.
