Route Optimization and Driver App, Built In

Route planning is native to Smart FDS, not a third-party integration. Build and optimize delivery routes across your service area, set route cut-off times, and push updated stop lists directly to your drivers through the Smart FDS Driver App. Drivers get navigation, stop notes, and delivery confirmation on their phone. You see exactly what was delivered and what was not, in real time.

Herdshare and Membership Management

Smart FDS includes a dedicated herdshare module that handles membership enrollment, contract management, agistment fees, recurring billing, in-store credit, wholesale and retail pricing tiers, and private member websites. SMS reminders go out automatically before each delivery, and the customer dashboard gives members full visibility into their account, orders, and balance.

Inventory, Orders, and Payments

Track inventory across products, manage wholesale pricing for different customer groups, and process payments through Stripe or Authorize.net. Recurring billing runs automatically for subscription and membership customers, reducing missed payments and manual follow-up. Accounting sync keeps your books current without double entry.
