Truck Load Management allows dispatchers to plan by vehicle slot, showing eligible requests, projected load percentages, and fit reasons before assignment. Driver Load Management highlights driver workload and detects conflicts such as double-booking or availability issues. Visual Scheduler displays transportation demand and planned loads on a timeline, with grouping options by route, carrier, driver, vehicle, or other operational dimensions. The system monitors weight, volume, floor space, logistic units, and compartments, identifying issues such as overloads, unavailable trucks, or driver conflicts before dispatch.

The system includes truck-specific routing through Azure Maps, calculating distance and transit time while considering factors such as vehicle height, weight limits, hazardous cargo restrictions, and toll-avoidance preferences. Carrier selection functionality allows comparison of multiple carrier options for the same route, with freight costs allocated back to original Business Central documents. The platform supports telematics integration to connect dispatch planning with real-time fleet visibility. Optional extensions for logistic units, warehouse management, and proof of delivery provide additional operational control.
