Who Fluid CRM is for: Small B2B sales teams (1 to 30 reps), founders selling their own product or service, cold email and outbound agencies, recruiters, consultants and anyone currently managing sales in spreadsheets that break past 30 deals. Follow-up reminders: Green for upcoming, red for overdue, plus a daily email digest so nothing slips through the cracks.

BCC email sync: BCC one private address and the email logs to the deal automatically. Works with Gmail, Outlook and any email client. No plugin needed.

Forecast: Total pipeline, expected revenue, average deal size and a 3-month revenue projection based on your actual stages and sales cycle.

8 in-app automations: Auto-assign deals, auto-set values and close dates, idle deal reminders, stage notifications and cross-pipeline moves. Configurable per pipeline.

Lead capture forms: Embeddable forms with custom CSS that create contacts and deals directly in your pipeline. No Zapier required.

Full REST API and 16 webhooks: Included on every plan, not gated behind enterprise pricing. Works with Smartlead, Instantly, Make, Zapier, n8n and Pabbly. Cold email replies can auto-create deals via the lead ingestion endpoint.
