Receipt Automation reads receipts and invoices sent as photos or PDFs through the web app or a Telegram bot, extracts vendor, date, amount and tax details, categorizes each expense, and produces an annual Excel workbook, expense and tax reports, and GST/HST input tax credit reports. The Bookkeeping Service adds a double-entry ledger: AI prepares each accounting entry, deterministic rules validate it before it posts, and any entry the AI is not confident about goes to a trained human reviewer who opens the source document and decides the treatment. Posted entries are permanent and numbered, and a correction appears as a visible reversal and repost rather than a silent edit. Reports include profit and loss, accounts payable and receivable balances, and Canadian and US tax reports. AI Bookkeeping does not file tax returns or provide tax advice.
