> **Pros**: Le plan de salle en direct change vraiment la gestion du service: on voit d'un coup d'œil les tables assises, en attente, à libérer, et le moteur de placement propose des combinaisons cohérentes quand on prend des walk-ins. La fiche client avec l'historique des visites nous aide à anticiper les habitudes des habitués (couverts préférés, allergies, anniversaires) - ce qui faisait défaut sur notre ancien outil. Le forfait fixe sans commission par couvert est aussi une respiration par rapport à ce qu'on payait avant

> **Cons**: Quelques petits ajustements visuels qu'on aurait aimés un peu plus tôt sur la version mobile, mais l'équipe livre des mises à jour très régulièrement donc rien de bloquant. Le tarif fixe à 150 €/mois sans commission par couvert nous a fait économiser beaucoup vs ce qu'on payait avant.
