> ExtractBee reads your documents and gives you back structured data you can actually use. Upload an invoice, a receipt, a bank statement or a contract, and it pulls out the fields you need — supplier, dates, line items, totals, account numbers — without you building a single template.

It handles the formats people actually send: PDFs, scans, photos, Word and Excel files, and more, up to 50 MB each. Drop files in by hand, import from a URL, forward them to a dedicated email address, or send them through the API. When month-end hits and you have a pile of them, the batch endpoint takes up to 50 files in one call.

Every field comes back with a confidence score, so you can see at a glance what's solid and what's worth a second look. When something needs fixing, your team corrects it in the review screen and the change is saved against the document.

Once the data is out, it goes where you work: Google Sheets, Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, email, or any other system through webhooks, including Zapier and Make. If your documents follow a consistent shape, you can train ExtractBee on your own examples so it lines up with your formats more closely.

On security: documents are encrypted at rest with a key unique to your workspace, access is set by role, two-factor login is available on every plan, and a tamper-evident audit trail records who did what.

  - Yearly billing is paid up front and saves roughly 20% versus paying monthly.
