> CaseScan is an AI-powered platform that detects child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in images and videos at scale, built for Trust \& Safety teams at content platforms, UGC sites, and cloud storage providers who need to catch harmful content before it spreads and before it becomes a legal, brand, or user-safety liability.

Most detection tools rely on hash matching, which only flags content that's already been identified and cataloged elsewhere. CaseScan's models are trained to recognize CSAM directly, so the platform can surface novel or previously unseen material that hash-based tools miss, without waiting for it to be reported first. This includes CSAM that is AI-generated, and CaseScan can be used for AI-detection as well.

CaseScan runs two detection modes so teams can set their own precision-recall tradeoff: a Maximum Precision mode built to minimize false positives for teams that want a clean moderation queue, and a Balanced mode tuned for higher recall when the priority is catching more content, even if it means more items for human review. Both integrate directly into existing moderation pipelines through the CaseScan API, with per-image analysis returning results in under a second at P95, so detection can run inline without slowing down upload or publishing flows. Flagged content routes into your review and NCMEC reporting workflow, and CaseScan operates on a Zero Media Retention basis, meaning no images are stored on CaseScan's infrastructure after analysis. 

CaseScan is used in production by platforms including Wix and DoubleVerify. Customers get phone support, 24/7 live support, and online support, so moderation issues get help around the clock rather than waiting on a ticket queue.

CaseScan also serves law enforcement, including ICAC task forces and digital forensic examiners, for CSAM identification in investigative casework, with a workflow designed to fit alongside existing forensic tooling.
