> **Pros**: The software allows us to manage compensation within the limits of our budget.   It allows us to manage each associate and ensure they are addressed each year.  The software is simple to use.  The software is intuitive and requires very little if any training.

> **Cons**: The user interface graphics are a bit outdated.  I would also like to see easier custom reporting features.  There are many reports available, but having the ability to customize more finely tuned reports would be helpful without the help of customer support.

> It has been great.  The team at Brilliant HR is always available and always willing to help.  I get very quick responses when help is needed and solutions are also quick to follow.
