The problem is that nobody has time to reload dozens of pages a day to catch those moments. SiteMonit does the watching for you and, more importantly, tells you exactly what changed instead of just flagging that "something" did.

At its core, SiteMonit is a website change monitoring service built around a real before-and-after diff. When it detects an update, it places the old and new versions side by side and highlights every word that was added or removed. A Text mode goes a step further, marking up the page the way tracked changes work in a document: removed text is struck through in red and new text appears in green, so you can read the change in context within seconds. A visual change map, the Diff Axis, lets you click straight to each edit instead of hunting for it.

Checks run on a schedule you control, from once a month down to every 15 minutes, and as often as every couple of minutes on higher plans. Each check loads the page in a real browser, so sites that rely heavily on JavaScript render and compare correctly. If you only care about one section — a price, a headline, a status line — you can monitor just that part of the page, which means rotating banners, ads and other noise never trigger a false alert. Pages that sit behind a login or Cloudflare are supported too.

When something changes, SiteMonit reaches you where you already are: email, Telegram, Slack or a webhook, with every notification linking straight back to the diff so you can decide what to do without opening the site yourself.
