The crew logs hours and absence against projects and work orders right on site — even without cell coverage. Crewlog is built offline-first: entries are saved on the phone and sync automatically when coverage returns.

The site diary is structured to Swedish AMA AF practice (weather, crew, events); signed entries are locked, ready as documentation for contracts governed by AB 04.

Everything logged becomes reporting automatically. Approve each employee's month — the payroll period locks, and any later correction is audit-logged. Export the payroll basis directly to Spiris Lön, as a PAXml 2.0 file to Fortnox Lön and any PAXml-compatible payroll system, or as PDF/CSV. Invoice bases are created as draft invoices directly in Spiris or as branded PDFs.
