How Qadar helps:
• See AI usage clearly — automatic shadow-AI discovery across the browser (27+ recognized AI apps) with a live inventory of who uses what.
• Enforce policy at the moment of use — inspect prompts and uploads before they reach an AI tool and allow, warn, block, require justification, or redact sensitive data on-device.
• Control access across model providers and workflows from one central policy engine.
• Stay audit-ready — a complete, timestamped audit trail of AI usage and enforcement, plus an AI registry with risk scoring for EU AI Act and GDPR readiness.

Two products are shipped and in use today: Shield Control, the central admin console for discovery, policy and audit; and Shield Web, the browser extension that performs on-device inspection and enforcement. Shield Desktop (macOS/Windows), Shield Mobile and a Control Gateway for API, agent and MCP governance are on the roadmap.

Privacy-first by design: sensitive content is inspected on the device and never leaves it — only governance metadata reaches your own workspace. SSO (Google OAuth), MFA/TOTP and role-based administration are built in.

Typical buyers are the COO or Head of Operations who owns AI-usage risk, with Head of IT as technical validator and, where relevant, a DPO or compliance lead. Support includes guided onboarding, a help center and direct contact with the Qadar team.
